As soon as we receive the products, we ship them all at once.
Shipping in the Czech Republic takes 2 to 3 days.
Depending on your destination, it can take up to 10 or 15 days if you live far from the Czech Republic.
Will my order have tracking info?
Once we've shipped out a customer's order from our website, we make sure to send them a tracking number right away. So if you've made a purchase with us, you can expect to receive that information as soon as your package is on its way!
How do you pack your orders?
We ship all of our orders in a thick poly bag.
